Transforming Organizations by Operationalizing Racial Justice. July 2023. This is an updated version of a previous document, Operationalizing Racial Justice . This paper includes reflections, a synthesis of what I am learning and emerging thoughts about transforming organizations. I added stories, a new section on trauma and healing, more information on internal teams, assessments, more ideas about developing action plans and caucusing, working with external consultants, and an updated list of curated resources.
