Provide Equity Coaching for Individuals and Groups
I coach individuals who are seeking to strengthen their racial equity practice, to do the personal work and be in right relationship with colleagues, to tenaciously contribute to an organization’s racial justice/equity change process, to work through current issues that may be inhibiting action, and/or build their racial equity and justice leadership skills.
I provide coaching for groups who are working on transforming their organization by operationalizing racial justice. Some coaching areas could include thinking through strategy, engaging staff and leadership, working through differences on the team, or needing a thought partner to identify different entry points or how to sustain organizational racial equity/justice change work.
In coaching sessions, we will take some time for context setting - and discuss what you want to work on, learn more about risks you take working for racial justice, and how to be accountable while taking action. Also, it will be an opportunity to review your own narratives, behaviors, and practices, and what areas to unlearn, learn, and/or adopt different frameworks and develop more skills.
Set up a free 30-minute session to discuss equity coaching in general. We can then both assess if we have a connection for working together and if you would like to arrange coaching sessions. Please complete this form to learn a bit about you, and we can find a time to meet.
