Transforming Organizations by Operationalizing Racial Justice
Webinar Series
Description
MP Associates Consulting is pleased to announce its offering of a five-part webinar series focused on the publication, Transforming Organizations by Operationalizing Racial Justice. The sessions are designed and tailored to develop a learning community for external consultants whose work focuses on operationalizing racial equity and justice and DEIB in organizations for a decade or less.
The focus of the series is on creating and sustaining a learning community to deepen knowledge of the scaffolding of the racial equity/justice organizational change processes; discuss the role, approach, and values as an external consultant; and to reflect on one’s narrative and expectations of the change process and client partner relationships. Please note this is not a “how-to” webinar series, rather an opportunity to delve into change process dynamics and share ideas and practices to be adaptive, responsive, and relationship-centered.
The size of the group will be up to 16 external consultants with approximately 10 years or less working on racial equity and justice and DEIB organizational change processes. The outline follows the Transforming Organizations by Operationalizing Racial Justice report.
The 2.5-hour session time frame shapes the depth for each topic area. After the fourth session, the group will identify two areas to delve into more during the fifth session. We will also discuss ways to support organizations to sustain the work post-engagement.
Apply to join the Transforming Organization webinar series by May 31.
